One Operator for Your Whole Growth Stack
Named, live client sites we design, build, and operate across the US — one operator replacing 4–6 tools plus an agency. Every site below is running on our stack right now.
Real clients. Real sites. Live today.
Ten named clients we currently operate as one growth-stack operator. Click any to visit the live site — everything you see is running on our stack right now.
Every screenshot is fetched live from the client's production site. All 10 clients currently under active Smart LV operations.
Real Systems We Shipped — Told Without the Names
Some clients prefer to stay unnamed. These are real builds, anonymized — the problem we walked into, the system we put in place, and what we actually delivered. Every spec below is a measured fact from the build, not a projection. (The named, clickable live sites are above.)
A Five-Language Trades Platform for a Diverse Metro
An HVAC & plumbing company served one of the most linguistically diverse metros in the country, but a single-language site spoke to a fraction of it. Service-area targeting was thin, lead capture leaked, and the Google Business Profile wasn't tuned to the neighborhoods actually covered.
Rebuilt the foundation as a true 5-language platform (EN · ES · ZH · FA · RU) with native-language pages and forms, hreflang wired site-wide, neighborhood-level service-area pages, instant Telegram lead routing, a GBP overhaul, and an automated post-job review request flow.
86 pages across 5 languages · 85-URL sitemap with every page returning HTTP 200 · 0 broken internal links · technical site-health lifted 54→79/100 · 0.3–0.6s server response (TTFB). The result the owner cared about: it now pulls organic leads on minimal ad spend.
Every Brand Search Finally Has a Page to Land On
An appliance-repair company had an aging site and no systematic way to capture brand-specific searches — "Samsung refrigerator repair," "LG dishwasher service," "Sub-Zero repair." Each of those searches was handed to a competitor.
Rebuilt on Astro 5 + Tailwind v4 with a brand-page template — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sub-Zero each got a dedicated SEO-targeted landing page. PHP intake with CSV backup plus instant Telegram + email alerts, so no submission sits unseen in a folder.
Dedicated brand-specific landing pages, ranking-ready · a fast Astro static build · Schema.org LocalBusiness + Service markup · a post-job reviews funnel · and instant owner alerts on every form submit.
A Custom Storefront Built Around How the Brand Actually Sells
A direct-to-consumer brand needed a real storefront, not a template it would outgrow. The catalog runs on rich variants, sells better in bundles than single units, and ships across multiple carriers — and off-the-shelf platforms forced a compromise on every one of those.
Built a full custom storefront end-to-end: a fast React frontend, a custom-flow Stripe checkout, a bundle-pricing engine to lift average order value, and a multi-carrier shipping-rate engine returning accurate rates inside the cart — all run from a custom admin on a dedicated database + caching layer.
A custom DTC platform — not a rented template — live and taking orders. Variants modeled the way the catalog sells, bundle pricing structured to lift AOV, PCI-compliant Stripe payments, accurate live shipping rates at checkout, and branded post-purchase emails as the seed of a retention loop.
One Hub for a Whole Practice — and a Premium Exit
A busy clinic ran on disconnected tools — scheduling in one, intake in another, communications somewhere else, and the numbers scattered across all of it. Each worked alone; none shared a single source of truth, and the owner lived in five dashboards at once.
Built the central integration & analytics hub: one layer connecting scheduling, intake and communications, a unified source of truth, and analytics dashboards giving the owner one operational view instead of five — an organized, documented, transferable backbone.
The practice ran on one connected system instead of five logins. The backbone was organized and exit-ready — and the physician later sold the practice at a premium and retired. A successful founder exit, on infrastructure we built.
A Catalog That Serves Buyers and Procurement at Once
An equipment supplier had to serve two audiences from one site: contractors hunting a specific part (transactional) and procurement buyers evaluating a supplier (evaluative). A basic catalog couldn't do both, and there was no quote pipeline to capture and follow up.
Built on Astro 5 + Tailwind v4: an equipment catalog with spec'd product detail pages, a quote-request workflow with follow-up automation, an integrated thought-leadership blog, and full GA4 + GTM analytics with Schema.org Product + LocalBusiness markup.
Catalog commerce paired with a working quote pipeline · PHP intake routing every request to the owner · a blog engine for evaluative buyers · and clean Product + LocalBusiness schema indexed for search.
Find the Exact Part Fast — No E-Commerce Bloat
A specialty parts retailer needed a fast, filterable catalog — not a heavy e-commerce platform — where buyers could zero in on the exact part they need and submit a request without friction.
Built a lightweight static-first catalog with client-side filters (by model, category, year), detail pages, a request-form intake with instant owner alerts, local SEO, and Schema.org Product markup — minimal dependencies, mobile-first.
A static build with zero runtime dependencies and instant page loads · client-side filtering with no page reload · request intake alerting the owner immediately · and Product + LocalBusiness schema indexed.
Anonymized at the client's preference. Every spec above — page and language counts, sitemap/HTTP-200 coverage, site-health and response-time figures, platform scope, and the founder exit — is a measured fact from the actual build, shared with permission. Outcomes described qualitatively are real but not guarantees; individual results vary.
