Work with SMRTLV.
We are a small, founder-led team and we hire project by project. Send an application with your resume and a link to your work. We read every one and reach out when a project fits.
Small team. Senior bar. Real ownership.
One Operator, Many Businesses
We do not just advise, we build and operate: calls, Google presence, websites and follow-up for service businesses across the US. The work you do here ships and runs in production.
AI-first, always
We use modern AI tooling in our daily workflow to move faster and punch above our size.
Project-based ownership
Remote, project-driven engagements that scale with active work, with a path to a longer-term role when there is one.
Remote-friendly
Based in Las Vegas, working with businesses across the US. Mostly async, with regular working calls.
Senior bar, no ego
We hire for judgment and craft, then trust people to run. Straight talk, high standards, and a bias toward shipping.
