Project Video Editor / Motion Designer

SMRTLV is expanding the team and looking for a video editor for project-based — and potentially long-term — work on client content, ad creatives, Reels, Shorts, presentation videos, and studio case studies. We're not looking for a purely technical hand who joins clips on a timeline. We're looking for someone with a sense of rhythm, composition, and visual culture — and an understanding of what the video is supposed to do for the business.

Must-haves

  • A strong, current portfolio.

  • Clean, careful work with titles and subtitles.
  • Deadlines kept.
  • A calm attitude toward well-argued revisions.
  • Self-QC of the final file before delivery.
  • Understanding of licensing rules for music, fonts, images, and other assets.
