Cancel any time. Pay only for what you used in month one.
The short version
Our services are month-to-month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time and you are not billed again. In your first month you get back the days you did not use. One-time setup work is never refunded, and after the first month the period you already paid for is not refunded (the service keeps running until it ends).
1. How to cancel
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use your client account at pulse.smrtlv.io. Calling (725) 257-2284 works too, but please confirm by email so we have a record.
- We reply within one business day and confirm the date your service ends.
- Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. If we receive the request after a renewal has been charged, that month is already paid (see section 3).
2. Your first month: unused days are refunded
- If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the unused part of that first month’s service fee, calculated per day. A day that has started counts as a used day.
- Day 1 is the billing start date: the start date written on your invoice or agreement, or, if none is stated, the date of your payment. If a service cannot start until a third party approves it (for example carrier approval for missed-call text-back), the days before approval do not count as used.
- Example. You pay $1,100 for the first month and cancel on day 4. We keep 4/30 of the fee ($146.67) and refund $953.33. A setup fee you paid separately is not part of this refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within about 10 business days. Card-processing fees we paid are not refunded.
3. Later months: no refund of the paid period
After your first month, the month you have already paid for is not refundable, including when you cancel part-way through it. The service keeps running until the end of that period and then stops. You are never charged again after you cancel.
4. One-time setup and build fees
Setup, build and onboarding fees pay for fixed-price work that we start right away. They are never refundable, whether you cancel in the first month or later. If the delivered work misses the scope we agreed in writing, we fix it at no extra charge.
5. Other amounts that are never refundable
- Ad budgets, carrier and messaging fees, domain registrations, software and platform licenses, and payment-processing fees. They go to other companies on your behalf.
- Work you asked us to do outside the agreed scope, and time spent waiting for access, content or approvals that you owe us.
- Specific results. We guarantee the service works as described. We cannot promise a number of calls, leads or sales, because they depend on your market and your offer.
6. When we end the engagement
- We may suspend or end a service if an invoice stays unpaid after reminders, if you break our Terms, if the use is illegal or abusive (including spam or misuse of messaging), or if you ask us to do something we are not allowed to do. We also may suspend or end the affected services if you do not give us the documents or access a third-party verification needs within 14 days, or if continuing would promote an unlicensed or unlawful activity (see section 5C of the Terms). That is termination for cause: setup fees stay non-refundable. We give written notice where we reasonably can.
- If we end a service without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again.
- Custom and enterprise work follows the notice and termination terms in its own agreement or statement of work, which control if they differ from this page.
7. What happens after the end
- Invoices already issued for work delivered stay payable.
- Accounts and assets that belong to you (your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, content you gave us) stay yours. We hand over what we hold for you on written request once there is nothing overdue.
- Services we run on our platforms (for example call routing, text-back, automations) stop on the end date.
8. Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected]. We usually fix a problem faster than a card dispute can. Before disputing a payment with your bank, please write to us and allow 15 days to resolve it (section 11 of the Terms). We may suspend a service while a payment is disputed and will send the bank the agreement, invoices and delivery records.
Acceptance. These rules apply to every purchase. By paying an invoice or checkout, signing or accepting a proposal or agreement, or starting to use a service, you agree to them and to our Terms.
