Most owners buy their marketing in pieces: a website from one person, ads from another, an answering service from a third. Nobody shows how the pieces connect, so nobody notices that the ads send people to a page that cannot take a call, or that the calls are never tied back to the ad. We drew the whole thing once, so it can be read at a glance. It is a live page you can click: the smrtLV system map.
The map, left to right: plan, get seen, land, catch, close and keep, measure.
Read it left to right: the six columns
- Plan. Goal, market, message, channels, brand, scripts, what to measure, how to keep customers. These are planning blocks with a dotted border. They are done inside the setup of the services they feed, so they are not sold on their own.
- Get seen. Your Google Business Profile, local SEO, blog content, listings cleanup, Local Services Ads, Google and Meta ads, social media. How people find you.
- Land. Where they arrive: a landing page, a business website, an online store, a speed tune-up, a care plan that keeps it secure and current.
- Catch. Every call and message gets an answer: an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, a website chatbot, one inbox for all channels, online booking.
- Close and keep. CRM and follow-up, a review engine, email marketing. The jobs you booked turn into repeat work and reviews.
- Measure. Tracking and reporting, so you can tell which marketing produced which calls and jobs.
How to read the lines and colours
Each colour is a theme: calls, getting found on Google, website and store, ads and email, running and measuring. Click any block and its links light up. A red ring marks what must exist first. A dashed black ring marks parts that work well together. The orange arrows show how customers and data actually move, for example from a Google profile to the website, from a missed call to a text, from a booking to a review request.
Two rules the map makes obvious
Nothing paid before there is a place to land. Ads and social send people somewhere. If there is no landing page, no answered phone and no tracking, you pay for clicks you cannot turn into jobs or even trace. On the map, Google Ads sits behind a landing page and measurement for exactly that reason.
Measure from day one. The last column is not an afterthought: it receives from the website, the ads and the CRM. Without it, a month of marketing is a feeling instead of a number, and you cannot decide where the next dollar goes.
Pick a plan and watch it light up
Choose a ready-made plan at the top and the parts it contains highlight, with what each one needs and what it feeds. Tick the ones you want and they go into the cart. The cart is the same calculator we use on the pricing page, so the price you see is the price you pay: setup, monthly, and the total today.
A ready-made plan highlighted: only its parts stay lit.
Make it yours
Right-click anywhere. On a block you can add it to the cart, choose a tier, add it together with what it needs, connect it to another block or remove it from your diagram. On the empty canvas you can add a service, a planning block or a whole plan, or create a block of your own. The diagram redraws itself, and you can copy your layout and paste it later. Hover over any block to read what it does in two sentences.
What the map is not
It is not a promise of results. We guarantee the service works as described, not a number of calls or leads, because those depend on your market and your offer. The dotted planning blocks are not separate products today. And the map shows what we build, not what you must buy: most businesses start with one or two blocks and add the rest when the first ones are working.
Where to start
If you are not sure which block you need first, start where the money leaks. Missing calls: the AI receptionist and missed-call text-back. Not found on Google: the Google Business Profile and local SEO. A site that does not turn visitors into calls: a landing page or a new website. Not sure at all: the free missed-call & Google check tells you what to fix first, and it is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
Want this handled for you?
Every call you miss is a customer who calls the next business on the list. We answer the phone and text back missed callers so the lead is not lost.
