We configure and test all of it, import products up to your tier limit, and train you to run the store day to day. Email flows and ads are available separately once the store is live.

How long does it take?

About 4-8 weeks, depending on the number of products and how fast content arrives.

Do I own the store?

Yes. The Shopify account is yours.

Can you add email and ads after launch?

Yes. See email marketing and ads management.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly services are month-to-month and you can cancel before the next billing date.

What is the refund rule?

Cancel any time; in month one we refund the days you did not use. One-time setup and build fees are fixed-price work and are not refundable once delivered; if delivered work misses the agreed scope, we fix it.

How much does it cost?

You can see the starting price in our plan builder before you talk to anyone. Setup is a one-time fee, monthly services are month-to-month, and ad budgets or carrier fees go to the provider at cost. Custom work is scoped and priced in writing first.

Do you need access to my accounts?

Only what the work requires. We never ask for your passwords: you invite us as a user and can remove access at any time.
